Plumbing & Electrical Work
Our team are available to carry out all plumbing, electrical and gas related maintenance.
We use qualified ‘Gas Safe’ registered plumbers to carry out all works from gas safety certificates through to general plumbing to full central heating systems.
Our ‘NIC’ approved electricians are on hand for all electrical work from minor faults through to complete rewiring. Engineers also available for repairs to fridges, washing machines and dishwashers. Installation of smoke detectors and main connected smoke alarms.
We also have a team qualified to carry out Energy ratings and issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for landlords and HIP packs.
